In this article, we will show you how to change the unit linked to a user who is already registered on the Yungas Platform.

To manage users, your role must have the appropriate permission enabled.
If you cannot find any of the options mentioned in this article, check your permissions.
🚀 How to Change or Link Additional Units to a User
In some franchise networks, there are users known as multi-franchisees or multi-unit users, meaning they need to be linked to more than one unit.
There are also situations where a user was initially registered and linked to Unit X but was later transferred to another unit, making it necessary for a Head Office user to update their registration.
⭐ Step-by-Step Guide to Changing or Adding Units to a User
🔸 Step 1
Access:
Settings >> Users
🔸 Step 2
Locate the user you want to edit.
In our example, we will use the user "para teste", who is currently linked to the unit "Franquia C", as shown in the screenshot.
🔸 Step 3
In the "Unit" column, click the user's current unit.
🔸 Step 4
A card will open displaying the units available for linking, along with the number of units currently selected or linked to the user.
🔸 Step 4.1 — Changing the Linked Unit
If you want to replace the user's current unit:
Uncheck the currently selected unit.
Find the new unit you want to link to the user.
Select the checkbox next to the new unit.
Click "Update" to complete the change.
🔸 Step 4.2 — Adding More Units
If you want to link additional units to the user:
Locate the other units you want to link.
Select the corresponding checkboxes.
After completing the selection, click "Update".
