In this article, we will show you how to add tags to units that are already registered on the platform.
⚠️Important: this action requires the proper permission enabled for your role.
If you cannot find any of the options mentioned in this article, check your permissions.
📌 How to Assign Tags to Units
🔹 Step 1
To assign a tag that has already been created on the platform to a unit, access:
Settings > Units
🔹 Step 2
You will be directed to a page listing all registered franchises/units.
🔹 Step 3
Click the unit you want to assign a tag to.
🔹 Step 4
Click the pencil icon to edit the unit.
🔹 Step 4.1
In the unit information editing window, in the upper-left corner, you will find a tag icon 🔖.
Click this icon to find the registered tags.
🔹 Step 5
Select the tag you want to assign.
The selected tag will immediately appear next to the selection field, indicating that it has been assigned.
Click "Select".
🔹 Step 6
At the bottom of the page, click "Save".
The following confirmation message will appear:
"Franchise Saved!"
Done!
Tag applied!
