If you need to update or add images to multiple products at once, follow this step-by-step guide!
Throughout this process, you will use a supporting spreadsheet for importing data, where you can manage product and Materials data.
Therefore, this article is divided into four main steps:
Organizing Images in the Materials Module
Exporting the Product Spreadsheet from the Store Module
Preparing the Spreadsheet for Import
Completing the Import in the Store Module
1️⃣ Organizing Images in the Materials Module
Access the Materials module on the platform.
Create a specific folder to store product images.
Add a tag for internal visibility by the Head Office/franchisor, so that the folder is not visible to unit users.
Upload the product images in PNG or JPG format.
Name each image exactly as the corresponding product registered in the Store module.
Download the folder data, generating a .CSV spreadsheet with the file names and image links.
Import the generated .CSV file into a new spreadsheet to organize and manage the data.

2️⃣ Exporting the Product Spreadsheet from the Store Module
4. Download the spreadsheet template, which already contains the registered products.
5. Import this file into the same spreadsheet created in the previous step, alongside the Materials data.

3️⃣ Preparing the Spreadsheet for Import
In the Images tab:
Split column B (File Name) at the period (
.) and remove the file extension (.jpgor.png).The spreadsheet should have the following structure:
Column A: Image Name
Column B: Image Link

In the Products tab:
Locate the "URL Image" column.
Match the images to their corresponding products using the VLOOKUP formula in Excel or Google Sheets:
=VLOOKUP(B2, range, 2, FALSE)B2 → Product name
Range → Columns A and B in the Store Images tab
2 → Returns the image link
FALSE (0) → Requires an exact match; returns an error if no match is found
📌 Tip: If you are using Google Sheets, press F4 after selecting the range to lock the cell references and prevent incorrect matches.
📌 Tip 2: Copy the formula down to all rows to ensure every image is correctly linked to its corresponding product.
