This article explains Unidades | How the module works: Store in the Yungas platform.

Hello!

In this article, we will tell you everything about the Store module!

⚠️ How to navigate the Store module?

In the side menu, access:

Store >> Products

You will be directed to the page with all available products, where you can sort products by:

🟢 Alphabetical order;

🟢 Product value.

And filter products by:

🟠 Filter by category
Makes it easier to segment the products to be found.
Example: office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.

🟠 Filter by supplier
Makes it easier to search for a specific supplier registered in the product.

🟠 Search by product name

Attention: If you have any limitation when viewing the Store, clear the filters if any are selected.

🧾 How to make purchases

Step 1

In the side menu, click:

Store >> Products

Step 2

After locating the product you want to purchase, set the quantity and click “Add”.

To remove the product, click “Remove from cart”.

Repeat step 2 for all items you need and, to continue, click the “My cart” button.

Please note that when products are added, the “My cart” button will display a number indicating the quantity of items.

Step 3

In the cart, the suppliers and all previously selected products will be displayed, including their descriptions, values, both item value and total value, and editable quantities.

To delete a product, there will be a trash icon.

This step is very important because, after completing the purchase, it will not be possible to edit the quantity of items. It will be necessary to contact the supplier to edit or reject products/orders.

Step 4

Select the Payment method from the options accepted by the supplier.

If you have any notes, use the Notes field to add comments that will be visible to the supplier and to the Head Office.

Step 5

After selecting the payment method, filling in any notes, and confirming the desired quantity, click “Complete order”.

The message:

“After order confirmation, the person responsible for the product(s) will contact you to confirm the payment method”

will be displayed. This message is predefined by the Head Office.

Then, the message:

“Order accepted! You will be redirected”

will appear, taking you to the completed orders screen.

Done!

Order placed!
